Here’s what I ate each day the last time I did this:

Day 1:

Breakfast: 32 oz of water upon waking, black coffee

Vegan Chocolate Shakeology + water + ice (blended)
1/2 banana

Mid-Morning: Fiber Sweep (mixed with water)

Lunch: Cucumbers, avocado, apple.

Mid-Afternoon: carrots + hummus

Dinner:
